Having a baby changes everything, including your body and how much of yourself you've got left over. You want your strength, your core and your energy back — and a bit of you back too. We'll help you rebuild gently, at your pace, around a schedule that never sits still.
You gave everything to a tiny person. It's okay to want some back.
Your body did something extraordinary, and now it feels different — softer, weaker through the middle, more tired than you ever knew was possible. You're not after a bounce-back photo. You want to feel strong, steady and like yourself again, around a life that no longer runs on a clock.
Your body feels different — less core strength, less energy, not quite yours yet.
You want your strength and stamina back, gently and safely, not pushed too hard too soon.
Your schedule is unpredictable and childcare makes any fixed commitment feel impossible.
You miss having something that's just for you — and other adults who understand.
You feel so unfit right now that walking into a gym is daunting all on its own.
How we actually solve this
We rebuild you gradually, from wherever you are now.
We build back from today
Every single movement is scaled to your body as it is now, postpartum and all — not to a class, not to the person beside you. We meet you exactly where you are and rebuild gradually. There's no minimum fitness you need before you're allowed to start.
Coached, careful, GP-cleared
You're coached the whole way, never just supervised, and progressed only when your body is ready. Please get the all-clear from your GP or physio first and tell your coach you've recently had a baby — that lets us scale every session safely. We're not postnatal-rehab specialists, and that conversation is always welcome.
Why you can trust this
Female coaches, flexible options, and parents who get it.
We're a small, owner-led gym — not a franchise and not a machine-lined fitness chain. The coaches learn your name and your situation, the options bend around real family life, and you won't be the only parent in the room.
01
Female coaches who get it
Amelia Nowlan, with a personal-training background, has a knack for making everyone feel at home. Marina De Santos — a PE and sport-science background — is the welcoming first face you'll meet. You're in warm, capable hands.
02
A gentler way in
BodyTone is our lower-impact strength and shape class — a natural, manageable re-entry that rebuilds strength without high-impact pounding. From there we progress you only as fast as your body's happy to go.
03
Options for messy schedules
2 Classes Per Week ($38.50/wk), a flexible 10 Session Pass ($247.50 with no expiry pressure) or a Weekly Pass ($66). Train when you can, not on a timetable that ignores your life.
04
A community of parents
You'll train alongside other mums and parents who know exactly what it's like to come back from this. People notice when you're there, and notice when you're not. That support is half the point.
What you'd actually do here
A gentle, flexiblepath back in.
No surprises, no being thrown in the deep end. Here's exactly how it goes from first contact to training regularly.
01
Free consultation
We sit down and talk — your goals, your energy, your schedule. Please mention you've recently had a baby (and that you're cleared by your GP or physio) so we can plan sensibly. No workout, no pressure.
02
Fundamentals
A short onboarding (two sessions — group $99 or private $160) where we teach the core movements and show you exactly how scaling works. You start confident, not overwhelmed.
03
Ease in with BodyTone
Start with our lower-impact BodyTone class or fully-scaled sessions, rebuilding core and strength gently. The intensity is managed for you, and we only add load when you're ready.
04
Train when you can
Settle into a rhythm that bends around family life — 2 Classes Per Week ($38.50/wk) or the flexible 10 Session Pass ($247.50, no expiry pressure). Two sessions a week is plenty to start.
Of course it is, and that's exactly what we plan around. Everything is scaled to the body you have today, and we build back gradually from there. You're not competing with who you were before the baby. You're rebuilding, and rebuilding is something we coach every day.
“Is it even safe after having a baby?”
Please get the all-clear from your GP or physio first, and tell your coach you've recently had a baby — we'll ask. We're not postnatal-rehab specialists, so we won't give medical advice, but once you're cleared we scale every session carefully and progress you only as your body allows. That's the responsible way to come back, and it's how we work.
“I have zero time and can't commit to a fixed schedule.”
Then don't commit to one. The 10 Session Pass ($247.50) has no expiry pressure and 2 Classes Per Week ($38.50/wk) is built for exactly this. Come when childcare and energy allow — two 60-minute sessions a week genuinely moves the needle. We'd rather you came twice and kept coming than burned out chasing five.
“I'm so unfit right now I'd be embarrassed.”
Everybody starts somewhere, and a room full of other parents knows precisely what coming back feels like. There's no audition and no spotlight — just people quietly getting on with their own training and cheering each other on. The hardest part is walking in the first time. After that you'll wonder what you waited for.
+++
I came back eight months after my second and I could barely hold a plank. Nobody made me feel like that was a problem — they just scaled everything and built me up. I've got my core back, my energy back, and an hour a couple of times a week that's completely my own.
