    Alan is a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CF-L3). Scott is a Level 2 (CF-L2). Those certifications represent thousands of hours of training, study and assessed practice — and we keep learning. You'll always be coached, never just supervised.

  2. We actually care

    We learn your name, your goals, the injuries you've worked around and the days you've shown up tired. Health is the long game; fitness is one part of it. We're invested in all of it.

  3. Technique, safety, structure

    Every class is structured. Every movement is scaled to you. Nothing is sacrificed for a faster time. This is how you train hard for decades — not how you blow yourself up in a season.

  4. We write our own programming

    Every workout you do here was designed by us, for our members. Defined strength and skill cycles, built inside the broader CrossFit and Hyrox methodologies. Nothing random, everything intentional.

Hyrox is the world's fastest-growing fitness race: eight 1km runs alternating with eight functional stations. We're an Official Hyrox Training Club, and our Hyrox class is built around the exact movements, distances and engines you need on race day — running, sled, ski, sandbag, wall ball, burpee broad jump, lunges, rowing.

BodyTone

Hypertrophy and shape, with a coach in your corner.

Hypertrophy-focused training for members who want to build muscle, sculpt the body they want to live in, and do it all with great technique. Slower tempos, smart progressions, dumbbells, machines and free weights — programmed in cycles so you keep growing instead of just sweating.

Group classes are the backbone of what we do — but they're not the only way to train here. From kids on the floor to one-on-one sessions and bespoke blocks for teams and schools, we build the right entry point around your goals.

ONBOARDING

Fundamentals

Two onboarding sessions every new CrossFitter completes before joining group classes. We teach the foundational movements, how scaling works in class, and what to expect on the floor — so you start confident, not overwhelmed.

YOUTH

Kids & Teens CrossFit

Dedicated coach-led classes for kids and teens — age-appropriate strength and conditioning that builds athleticism, confidence and good movement habits early. Sessions are structured, scaled and supervised the same way our adult classes are: coached, not babysat.

Our team

Coached by people who care.

CrossFit Ulladulla is owner-led by Alan (CrossFit Level 3) and Scott (Level 2), with additional certified coaches on the roster. You're never left to figure it out alone — every class, Fundamentals session and private booking is supervised by someone who knows how to coach movement, scale load and keep you training for the long game.

Every workout you complete here is written by us, specifically for the members training at this gym. We embed our work in the broader CrossFit and Hyrox methodologies — but we structure everything around defined cycles. Strength blocks that progress over weeks. Skill blocks that revisit the same movement until it sticks. Conditioning that builds capacity in the systems your goals actually need.
