There's no fitness level you have to reach before you're allowed in. Every movement has an easier version built in, so from day one you do your version of the same workout as everyone else. Nothing here is something you have to be 'fit enough' for first — that's the whole point of scaling.
A coach takes you through all of it
You're never thrown in the deep end on your own. A qualified coach runs the whole hour — showing you each movement, managing your intensity so you can't overdo it, and telling you exactly what to do. That's why you can just jump straight into a class this week: it's coached, so it's safe.

The whole timetable is open to you for seven days — CrossFit, BodyTone, the lot. Come to as many as you like and find the classes and times that fit your week.

We're a small, owner-led gym — not a franchise. The coaches are properly qualified, and within a class or two they'll know your name and how you like to train.

Everything is scaled and everything is coached, so there's no prep and nothing to learn first. You genuinely just turn up — we take care of the rest.

Love it? Here's where you'd land — 2 Classes Per Week ($38.50/wk) or Unlimited ($55/wk). Not for you? No hard feelings, and no awkward sales pitch either.
That's exactly what scaling is for — and honestly, being unfit is the reason to start, not a reason you can't. There's no level you need to reach before you walk in. A coach gives you a version of the workout that fits your body today, and you build from there. Nobody arrives fit; fit is what showing up turns into.
