Every rep scales to you

There's no fitness level you have to reach before you're allowed in. Every movement has an easier version built in, so from day one you do your version of the same workout as everyone else. Nothing here is something you have to be 'fit enough' for first — that's the whole point of scaling.

You're never thrown in the deep end on your own. A qualified coach runs the whole hour — showing you each movement, managing your intensity so you can't overdo it, and telling you exactly what to do. That's why you can just jump straight into a class this week: it's coached, so it's safe.

This isn't a watered-down taster. You get the real thing for a full week — every class, every coach, no strings — so you can decide based on how it actually feels, not on what an ad told you.

  1. Try every class

    The whole timetable is open to you for seven days — CrossFit, BodyTone, the lot. Come to as many as you like and find the classes and times that fit your week.

  2. Meet the coaches

    We're a small, owner-led gym — not a franchise. The coaches are properly qualified, and within a class or two they'll know your name and how you like to train.

  3. No experience needed

    Everything is scaled and everything is coached, so there's no prep and nothing to learn first. You genuinely just turn up — we take care of the rest.

  4. Genuinely free

    Zero dollars, no card, no obligation. It's one free week per person — we'd simply rather you come and feel it than take our word for it.

    A coach calls you back, usually within a business day, to introduce themselves, answer anything you're wondering, and book in your first class at a time that suits you.

    Come to any classes you like across the seven days. Every movement is scaled to you and a coach is right beside you, so you can relax and just give it a go.

  4. Decide, no pressure

    Love it? Here's where you'd land — 2 Classes Per Week ($38.50/wk) or Unlimited ($55/wk). Not for you? No hard feelings, and no awkward sales pitch either.

  • “I'm not fit enough to start.”

    That's exactly what scaling is for — and honestly, being unfit is the reason to start, not a reason you can't. There's no level you need to reach before you walk in. A coach gives you a version of the workout that fits your body today, and you build from there. Nobody arrives fit; fit is what showing up turns into.

  • “I won't know what I'm doing.”

    You're not meant to yet — that's the coach's job. A qualified coach runs every class, shows you each movement and tells you exactly what to do, the whole hour. You're never left to figure it out on your own, and there's no test. You just follow along and ask whatever you like.

  • “Everyone will be fitter than me and judging me.”

    Every single person in that room had a day one, and most of them remember it clearly. People are focused on their own work, not watching you — and because everything is scaled, there's nothing to compare. We're a small, friendly gym; far more likely to cheer you on than size you up.

  • “What's the catch with a free week?”

    There isn't one. It's genuinely $0 — no card, no obligation, no auto sign-up at the end. It's one free week per person for adults new to the gym, and that's the whole story. We'd simply rather you come and feel what it's like than have to take our word for it.

  • “What happens after the seven days?”

    You decide — and there's zero pressure either way. If you want to keep going, the memberships are 2 Classes Per Week ($38.50/wk) or Unlimited ($55/wk). If it's not for you, no hard feelings. The free week exists so you can find out, not so we can corner you.
