Four more Open Gym slots added
By popular request we've opened four extra Open Gym spaces, running alongside our BodyTone classes — more room to work on skills, prehab, rehab and your own goals. Reservations are mandatory.

New 6-week training cycle starts this week
No random workouts here. Our new six-week block builds progressive strength on Wendler 5/3/1, weekly bar muscle-up work, Thursday Olympic lifting and purpose-built conditioning — with benchmarks in week one you'll retest in week six.

What a weekend! A crew of CrossFit Ulladulla athletes and their partners hit the floor at HYROX Sydney 2026 and did the box proud. Huge congratulations to everyone who raced.

The Beginning Project: six weeks, real results
