Real in-house programming

Our programming is written in-house, in cycles, with defined strength and skill blocks — not random WODs pulled off a feed each morning. There's intent behind every week: you build a base, you peak, you test. That's how you actually get fitter and stronger instead of just tired.

A real ceiling, properly coached

Scaling here cuts both ways: there's a genuine RX'd ceiling above you — heavier loads and harder movements waiting the moment you've earned them. And you're coached, not supervised. A Level 3 and a Level 2 coach sharpen your technique so you can safely express more intensity. Technique first, intensity earned.

  1. Level 3 head coach

    Alan Silva is a CrossFit Level 3 coach who writes our in-house, cycle-based programming. You're following a structured plan built by someone properly qualified — not a workout someone screenshotted that morning.

  2. An athletic-development pedigree

    Co-head coach Scott Richardson is a CrossFit Level 2 and an 8x Australian sprint champion. Real speed and power coaching is in the building, not a marketing line.

  3. A true RX'd ceiling

    Every movement scales up as well as down. There's always a harder version waiting — heavier, faster, more technical — so you train as hard as you've earned and never hit the room's limit.

    Affiliated CrossFit box and Official Hyrox Training Club. If you want to test yourself — RX'd workouts, a local throwdown, a Hyrox race — there's a clear path and people doing it alongside you.

What you'd actually do here

From first session to flat out.

No drawn-out beginner purgatory. We get you moving well fast, then we let you off the leash.

  1. Free consult or drop-in

    Come in and talk through your goals and training history — or just drop in for a session ($27.50) and feel the room for yourself. No pressure either way.

  2. Dial in the movements

    We make sure your technique is sound across the core lifts and skills. This is short and sharp — the point is to unlock intensity safely, not to hold you back.

  3. Train hard, 4–6x a week

    Settle onto Unlimited ($55/wk) for full CrossFit and conditioning, or the Hyrox membership ($39.50/wk) if racing is the goal. Follow the cycle and chase the numbers.

  4. Test yourself

    Go RX'd. Hit benchmark workouts. Line up for a Hyrox race or a local comp. We'll help you peak for it with the same programming that got you fit.

  • “Is this just another soft commercial gym?”

    No — and you'll feel the difference in the first session. We're an affiliated CrossFit box and an Official Hyrox Training Club running coached classes with real intensity, not a room of machines you wander between. Nobody here is going to let you coast.

  • “Will I be held back or bored?”

    Boredom comes from training that never progresses. Ours runs in cycles with defined strength and skill blocks, so there's always a next target. And because scaling goes up as well as down, the work gets harder as you do. The ceiling is high — you'll have to work to reach it.

  • “Is the programming actually good, or just random?”

    It's written in-house by a CrossFit Level 3 coach, in cycles, with intent behind every week. That's the opposite of random. You build, you peak, you test — and you can see the line moving, which is exactly what keeps serious people engaged.

  • “Can I really go as hard as I want?”

    Once your technique is sound, yes — that's the whole point of coaching. We build the movement first so you can safely express full intensity, then we get out of your way. Train flat out 4–6 times a week if that's what you're after.

I came from a big-box gym where I'd plateaued for two years. Three months on a real cycle here and I've hit PRs I'd given up on, gone RX'd, and I actually look forward to training. The difference is the coaching and the programming — it's not even close.
