Plenty of people who come through Ulladulla already train hard back home — CrossFitters, Hyrox athletes, people who just like to move. You don't need an on-ramp or a sales chat. You need a good class, a friendly room and an easy way to book.

    If you're prepping for a race, we're an Official Hyrox Training Club, so you can keep your specific work ticking over.

    All levels are welcome and every movement can be scaled on the day, so you can dial the session to how you're feeling.

How dropping in works

Three steps and you're training.

It really is this simple.

  1. Book online

    Grab a Casual Session ($27.50) through our PushPress page and pick the class that suits your day.

  2. Arrive & say hi

    Turn up about 10 minutes early, introduce yourself to the coach and let them know anything they should know.

  3. Train

    Jump into the class — fully coached, scaled to you on the day, and as hard as you want to make it.

Quick answers

The things visitors usually ask.

  • “Do I need a membership?”

    Not at all. A Casual Session drop-in is $27.50 and gets you into any class type — perfect if you're only here for a session or two.

  • “What level do I need to be?”

    Any level. All levels are welcome and every movement can be scaled on the day, so you'll fit straight in whether you're seasoned or just keeping things ticking over.

  • “I'm here for a while — is there a better deal?”

    Yes. If you're around for longer, grab a Weekly Pass for $66 and train as much as you like for the week instead of paying session by session.

We've got a place down the coast and I train every time we're up. Easy to book, friendly coaches, proper sessions — it feels like my home box away from home.
