Our first-ever six-week challenge, The Beginning Project, has come to a close — and we couldn't be prouder of everyone who took it on.

Huge congratulations to Annalise and Jasper, who finished with the top combined score of fat mass lost and muscle mass gained. Incredible work.

The results across the board

This was never just about the winners. All 26 challengers took on new habits that improved their nutrition, health and fitness — habits they'll carry with them long after the challenge.

  • An average of 2.71% muscle mass gained.
