Our next six-week training cycle kicks off this week, and it's built the way all our programming is: with intent. Nothing here is random — each session leads somewhere, and it all adds up over the block.
Over the next six weeks
- Progressive strength using the proven Wendler 5/3/1 FSL system.
- Weekly bar muscle-up progressions to develop your gymnastics skills.
- Dedicated Olympic weightlifting every Thursday, alternating weekly between the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk.
- Purpose-driven conditioning — VO₂ max intervals, threshold work, partner workouts, benchmarks and team throwdowns.
Proof of progress
Most importantly, we'll run benchmark workouts in Week 1 and retest them in Week 6, so you get real proof of your progress in strength, fitness and skill — not just a feeling.
