The story

Part of the furniture.

Jon's been part of CrossFit Ulladulla for years - first as an assistant coach and reliable fill-in, and now as a regular on the timetable. He knows the members, he knows the gym, and he brings genuine energy to every class he takes.

His own sporting history is in sprinting, and it shows: Jon has a fantastic eye for technique and a knack for the small cue that makes a movement suddenly make sense. He makes hard work feel good and the good days unforgettable.
